I grew up in St. Joan of Arc Parish in South St. Louis, and like Fr. Bob I too attended St. Louis Prep South, Cardinal Glennon College and Kenrick Seminary one year his junior.
i withdrew from the Seminary after ten years and married Mary Ann Morrison Munday.
I have one biological son, two stepsons and a dozen foster daughters.
With a Masters Degree in Theology I taught at St. Louis University High School for thirty years, from 1990 to 2020.
In 1997 I was ordained to the permanent diaconate and served the Parishes of Most Precious Blood (1997-2001) and St. Andrew (2001-2020) here in Lemay.
Upon Mary Ann’s death I studied at St. John XXIII Seminary in Weston, Massachusetts to pursue ordination to the priesthood.
I was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of St. Louis this past May.
Beside my religious duties I am an Eagle Scout, 4th Degree Knight of Columbus and an active member of the Focolare Movement. My interests are music, art, history, and Eastern Tradition Catholicism, Interfaith Dialogue, the Charismatic Renewal & Deliverance Ministry.
